LIVE & ON DEMAND
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am CST.

POST BABY MODIFICATIONS
Pregnancy safe modifications & post baby modifications to help strengthen and recover your core.

 

CARDIO PODCAST & PLAYLISTS
Timed playlist and podcast options while you take your 10,000 active steps on walk days.

 

CUSTOM MEAL PLANS
Your meal plan will be created according to your body type. Plan will change weekly and is plant based focus. You can add in proteins of your choice if you want to keep land animals in your diet.

 

WEEKLY SUPPORT
You will have access via text and email with the SFV Team 7 days a week. You will be put into a group with similar women to you, you will also be assigned a weekly check in day to help you feel confident progressing into every new week.
