Blueberry Almond Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients (serves 1)
3 cups rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup applesauce
2 tbsp almond butter
¼ cup blueberries (divided)
2 tbsp sliced almonds (divided)
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients.
Whisk wet ingredients, sit 5 mins.
Combine all, scoop into muffin cups, top with remaining blueberries and almonds.
Bake 30–35 minutes. Cool before storing.
