Cheeseburger Salad

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 lb lean ground beef or alternative
½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
½ cup DF ranch dressing
2 tbsp ketchup
4 cups shredded lettuce
4 cups torn romaine
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup chopped pickles
¼ cup red onion, chopped
¾ cup shredded cheddar (Violife)
Crushed potato chips (optional)
Method
Mix beef, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties.
Grill 4–5 mins per side.
Mix dressing and ketchup.
Toss lettuce with half dressing, plate.
Top with burger, veggies, cheese, and remaining dressing. Add chips if desired
