COCONUT CRUSTED COD šŸŸšŸ„„



Ingredients

  • 3 Cod filets

  • 1 bag of Coconut flakes

  • 1 can of coconut milk or creamĀ 

  • Olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper


Method:

  1. Prepare: Preheat oven to 375Ā°F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Coconut Cream and Flakes: Pour coconut cream into a bowl. Place coconut flakes in a separate bowl.

  3. Coat Cod: Coat cod filets with coconut cream on both sides. Press cod into coconut flakes to coat evenly.

  4. Assemble and Season: Place coated cod on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

  5. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and the coconut crust is golden.

  6. Serve: Remove from oven, plate, and serve hot.
