Homemade seed crackers

Guilt-free seed crackers might be a love language for us. ❤️


-2 tablespoons chia seeds

-2 tsp ground flax seeds

-1/2 cup rolled oats

-1/4 cup pepitas or pumpkin seeds

-1/4 cup sunflower seeds

-2 tablespoons sesame seeds

-1/4 teaspoon onion powder

-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup water


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees

-Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let rest for 10 min

-Spread in an even layer on parchment paper

-Cut in squares

-Bake 40-45 minutes until crispy
