JALAPEÑO TUNA MELT
Ingredients:
Prepared tuna (using the our tuna recipe)
Sourdough or Ezekiel Bread
Sliced heirloom tomatoes
Sea salt and pepper
Slice of cheddar dairy-free cheese (Vio Life)
Sliced jalapenos (pickled or fresh)
Method:
Preheat your oven's broiler or prepare your air fryer.
Spread 1/4 cup of prepared tuna on each bread slice.
Add a slice of dairy-free cheese on top of the tuna.
Load the bread with sliced heirloom tomatoes and jalapeños.
Season with sea salt and pepper.
Place the bread in the oven under the broiler or in the air fryer and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
