JALAPEÑO TUNA MELT


Ingredients:

  • Prepared tuna (using the our tuna recipe)

  • Sourdough or Ezekiel Bread

  • Sliced heirloom tomatoes

  • Sea salt and pepper

  • Slice of cheddar dairy-free cheese (Vio Life)

  • Sliced jalapenos (pickled or fresh)




Method:

  • Preheat your oven's broiler or prepare your air fryer.

  • Spread 1/4 cup of prepared tuna on each bread slice.

  • Add a slice of dairy-free cheese on top of the tuna.

  • Load the bread with sliced heirloom tomatoes and jalapeños.

  • Season with sea salt and pepper.

  • Place the bread in the oven under the broiler or in the air fryer and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • Enjoy!
