SHRIMP AND AVOCADO ZOODLE SALAD


Ingredients:

• 1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled

• 2 zucchinis, spiralized into noodles

• 1 avocado, diced

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions:

1. Combine shrimp, zoodles, and avocado in a bowl.

2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

3. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper.
