Strawberry Cheesecake Layered Yogurt Parfait




Ingredients:

2 cups lactose-free cottage cheese

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup or keto honey 

  • ideal for PCOS, Endomorph body types, or minimal sugar preferences

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (Fage 0% lactose-free recommended)

  • 1 scoop Orgain plant-based vanilla protein powder

  • 2 cups finely ground graham crackers 

  • reduce quantity for a leaner option or substitute with oatmeal mixed with cinnamon

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced


Method:

  1. In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or keto honey), and protein powder. Pulse until smooth and creamy, being careful not to over-process into a liquid.

  2. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into 10 small mason jars. Sprinkle with a thin layer of ground graham crackers or oatmeal mixture.

  3. Repeat the layering process, alternating yogurt mixture and graham cracker or oatmeal mixture, until jars are filled, finishing with a yogurt layer.

  4. Top each jar with fresh sliced strawberries.

  5. Seal jars tightly and store in the refrigerator. These cheesecake jars will remain fresh for up to one week!
