
Ingredients:
• 1 lb lean beef strips
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
• 1 tsp ginger, minced
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cook beef strips until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add broccoli, soy sauce, and ginger. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
4. Serve with cauliflower rice or quinoa.
