
Ingredients
Handful of roasted Brussel sprouts 1/4 cup of white beans (drained & heated)
Handful of roasted delicata squash, butternut, pumpkin or any other veggie you enjoy (carrots would be nice as well)
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds Sprinkle of nuts (pecans or chestnuts)
Method
In a bowl take Brussels sprouts.
Then add 1/4 cup of white beans that you have drained & heated.
Then add a handful of roasted delicata squash, butternut, pumpkin, or any
other veggie you enjoy
You can add carrots as well as they would be nice as well
Add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
And then Sprinkle it with nuts (pecans or chestnuts)
