Fall Salad


Ingredients

  • Handful of roasted Brussel sprouts 1/4 cup of white beans (drained & heated)

  • Handful of roasted delicata squash, butternut, pumpkin or any other veggie you enjoy (carrots would be nice as well)

  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds Sprinkle of nuts (pecans or chestnuts)


Method

  • In a bowl take Brussels sprouts.

  • Then add 1/4 cup of white beans that you have drained & heated.

  • Then add a handful of roasted delicata squash, butternut, pumpkin, or any

  • other veggie you enjoy

  • You can add carrots as well as they would be nice as well

  • Add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds

  • And then Sprinkle it with nuts (pecans or chestnuts)
