OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon real maple syrup
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1 scoop vanilla Protea VePro protein powder
Handful of mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
Method:
In a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine 2 tablespoons of rolled oats and 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and mix well to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of real maple syrup into the jar. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less syrup.
Incorporate 1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut for added flavor and texture.
Include 1 scoop of vanilla Protea VePro protein powder.Stir thoroughly to combine.
To enhance the taste and nutrition, add a handful of mixed berries such as raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
Seal the jar or container with the lid and refrigerate the mixture overnight or for at least 4 hours. This allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.
In the morning or when ready to eat, give the mixture a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are evenly
