Chocolate Tart Protein Bar

Ingredients
4 dates
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 cup pecans
1 scoop PROTEA VePro Vanilla or
other plant-based protein
1/ 4 cup pecan cashew raw nut
butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup golden berries
1 banana
Ingredients
Chocolate Topping Optional
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips dairy free
Directions
Mixed in a food processor all together, put into parchment lined dish and
press using fingers and spoon to smoothen and disperse evenly.
Pour melted chocolate over the top and place in the fridge for 1-hour
minimum before slicing and enjoying.
Method
Note : I used a 10.5"x7.5" dish—- stretch your creative spirit on these. Nut butters, dried
fruit, and nuts can be swapped out for the types you desire
