Lean steak bowl

Ingredients:
6 oz grilled lean steak (sirloin or flank)
1/2 cup cooked jasmine rice
1/2 cup sautéed broccoli
1/4 cup roasted sweet potatoes
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
Method:
Season Steak: Rub the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Cook Steak: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for your desired doneness). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare Bowl: In two bowls, divide the cooked rice or carb base, steamed broccoli, and roasted sweet potato cubes.
Add Steak: Slice the steak thinly against the grain and place it over the vegetables.
Top and Serve: Add avocado slices and drizzle with tahini dressing if desired. Serve immediately.
