
Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled
• 2 cups cauliflower rice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
2. Cook shrimp and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add cauliflower rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
