Quinoa Berry Bake

Ingredients (8 servings)
2 bananas
1⅓ cups plant-based milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt
2 scoops Protea Protein Powder
1 cup quinoa
1 cup mixed berries
Method:
Mash bananas in dish, mix in wet ingredients and protein.
Add quinoa and fruit. Bake at 350°F for ~1 hour.
Notes
I used a 10.5"x7.5" dish—- stretch your creative spirit on these. Nut butters, dried
fruit, and nuts can be swapped out for the types you desire
