Quinoa Berry Bake

Ingredients (8 servings)

  • 2 bananas

  • 1⅓ cups plant-based milk

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 scoops Protea Protein Powder

  • 1 cup quinoa

  • 1 cup mixed berries


Method:

  • Mash bananas in dish, mix in wet ingredients and protein.

  • Add quinoa and fruit. Bake at 350°F for ~1 hour.


Notes

  • I used a 10.5"x7.5" dish—- stretch your creative spirit on these. Nut butters, dried

fruit, and nuts can be swapped out for the types you desire
