Ingredients:


-1 slice of Ezekiel bread

-Spring salad mix

-Wild Planet Tuna

-Mayonnaise

-Raw veggies (your choice)

-Olive oil

-Lemon juice








Salmon and Roasted Veggie


Ingredients:


-Wild-caught Salmon filet

-Hummus or low-calorie dip

-Bell Peppers

-Broccoli (cooked to preference)

-Baked sweet potato (cut into fries and cooked to preference)

-Siracha to drizzle











Grilled Salmon and Veggies with salad


Ingredients:


-Wild-caught Salmon filet

-Mushrooms of choice

-Sourdough bread slice

-Simple salad mix

-Erwhon miso dressing

-Peppers

-Kobocha Japanese squash









Fried egg and Salmon Toast:


Ingredients:


-Sourdough toast

-Fried egg

-Smoked salmon
