High-Protein Omelet Bake (Meal Prep)

Egg White + Whole Egg Base (Serves 4)

  • 8 egg whites

  • 6 whole eggs

  • ½ cup lactose-free cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder (optional)


Whole Egg Version (Serves 4)

  • 6 egg whites

  • ½ cup lactose-free cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder (optional)


Flavor Combos(Mix into each serving container as desired)

  • Mediterranean: spinach, feta, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes

  • Meat Lovers: turkey bacon, Bilinski’s sausage

  • Fiesta: cilantro, bell pepper, red onion, optional queso or DF cheese

  • Simple Cheesy + Turkey Bacon


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Distribute ~6 oz of mixture into each 4x6 container.

  4. Add flavor ingredients of choice.

  5. Bake for 25–30 min or until center is set.
