Egg White + Whole Egg Base (Serves 4)
8 egg whites
6 whole eggs
½ cup lactose-free cottage cheese
1 tsp arrowroot powder (optional)
Whole Egg Version (Serves 4)
6 egg whites
½ cup lactose-free cottage cheese
1 tsp arrowroot powder (optional)
Flavor Combos(Mix into each serving container as desired)
Mediterranean: spinach, feta, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes
Meat Lovers: turkey bacon, Bilinski’s sausage
Fiesta: cilantro, bell pepper, red onion, optional queso or DF cheese
Simple Cheesy + Turkey Bacon
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Distribute ~6 oz of mixture into each 4x6 container.
Add flavor ingredients of choice.
Bake for 25–30 min or until center is set.
