Stay Fit Dallas Studio Manager

Stay Fit Virtual is more than a workout—it's a movement. We help women master the basics of strength, alignment, and self-leadership through our online platform and, now, our very first in-person studio.

At our Dallas flagship, we’re creating a two-room concept: one for strength and one for sculpt, heated mat Pilates, recovery, and mobility. Alongside it, we’re launching our SFV Boutique—a curated, high-vibe space that features elevated wellness products, premium activewear, supplements, and lifestyle items that support our clients on and off the mat.

We’re looking for a Studio + Boutique Manager who doesn’t just understand retail—they understand ritual, wellness, and the power of intentional spaces. This is a leadership role for someone who loves people, has an eye for curation, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Studio & Boutique Leadership

• Oversee all daily operations of our boutique retail space, trainer schedules, payroll, and front-of-house experience

• Ensure smooth class transitions, greet members, and maintain the studio vibe—this is a wellness home, not a gym

• Train and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional, aligned client care

Retail Strategy & Sales

• Manage inventory: track trends, order with intention, and rotate product displays that reflect seasonal and wellness needs

• Partner with the SFV founder on sourcing and vendor selection (we value clean, local, mission-aligned brands)

• Create visually elevated merchandising that reflects the SFV vibe

• Develop and hit monthly sales goals with a strategic, relational approach—not pushy selling

Client Experience & Brand Building

• Be the face of the studio during peak hours—know members by name and story

• Handle member inquiries and feedback with clarity and empathy

• Host retail activations, brand partnerships, and mini-events that bring our boutique to life

Reporting & Growth

• Track weekly sales, budget, and product performance

• Identify new ways to improve retail and front-of-house experience

• Collaborate closely with our founder and team on launches and community engagement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years experience managing a boutique, studio front desk, or wellness retail space

• Strong organizational skills and a natural ability to lead people

• A good eye for merchandising, trends, and creating elevated customer experiences

• Familiarity with fitness/wellness lifestyle products or interest in learning

• Confidence using tools like POS systems, inventory platforms, spreadsheets, and team communication apps

• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• Base Salary: $75,000+ annually, more depending on value and experience.

• Performance Bonus: Based on boutique sales, retention, and team leadership
