Basil Cashew Cream Sauce

Ingredients (serves 1)
1 cup cashews, soaked
Fresh basil (generous amount)
2 heaping tbsp Fage lactose-free yogurt
1 tsp sea salt
Hot water (as needed)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Method
Soak cashews (4+ hours cold or 15 mins hot water).
Drain cashews and blend with basil, yogurt, salt, and yeast.
Add hot water as needed to adjust consistency.
Blend until smooth and adjust seasoning.
Use as a dip, spread, or sauce. Refrigerate if not using immediately.
