Chocolate Tart Protein Bars

Ingredients
4 dates
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 cup pecans
1 scoop PROTEA Vegan Vanilla Protein (or other plant-based protein)
1/4 cup pecan cashew raw nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup golden berries
1 bananas
Optional Chococolate Topping
4 dates
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 cup pecans
1 scoop PROTEA Vegan Protein
Method:
Mixed in a food processor, put into parchment lined dish, and press using
fingers and spoon to smoothen and disperse evenly. Pour melted chocolate
over the top and place in the fridge for 1 hour before slicing and enjoying.
Tip:
These are great for meal prep and keep well in the freezer!
Notes
I used a 10.5"x7.5" dish—- stretch your creative spirit on these. Nut butters, dried
fruit, and nuts can be swapped out for the types you desire
