Ingredients:
1 boneless turkey breast (about 2
pounds)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
Bake: Place in a roasting pan and bake for 45-60 minutes or until internal
temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
