HERB-CRUSTED TURKEY BREAST WITH GARLIC AND LEMON


Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (about 2

    pounds)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.

  3. Bake: Place in a roasting pan and bake for 45-60 minutes or until internal

    temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  4. Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
