Peanut Butter banana oatmeal cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 mashed bananas (~½ cup)

  • Banana slices (optional)


Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin and spray.

  • Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.

  • Scoop into muffin tin, bake 30–35 min.
