Peanut Butter banana oatmeal cups

Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 mashed bananas (~½ cup)
Banana slices (optional)
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin and spray.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
Scoop into muffin tin, bake 30–35 min.
