Protein French Toast

Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 1 scoop vanilla Vegan Protein

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 cups liquid egg whites

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 8 slices of bread

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup


Method:

  • Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a bowl.

  • Cube bread into a pan, pour mixture over, bake at 350°F for 25–30 min.

  • Top with maple syrup.
