Protein French Toast

Ingredients (6 servings)
1 scoop vanilla Vegan Protein
3 whole eggs
3 cups liquid egg whites
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
8 slices of bread
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp real maple syrup
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a bowl.
Cube bread into a pan, pour mixture over, bake at 350°F for 25–30 min.
Top with maple syrup.
