Chocolate Tart Protein Bars

Ingredients (Serves 12)
4 dates
1/4 cup ground flax meal
1/2 cup pecans
1 scoop PROTEA VePro Vanilla or other plant protein
1/4 cup pecan cashew nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup golden berries
1 banana
Optional Toppings
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Press into parchment-lined dish.
Melt and pour chocolate topping (optional).
Chill 1 hour in fridge before slicing.
