
Ingredients:
• 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers.
2. Brush with olive oil and grill for 10
3. Brush with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
4. Serve with a side of quinoa or a salad.
