Hot Honey Salmon Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 3)

  • 3 salmon filets (bite-sized)

  • 3 tbsp EVOO

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt + pepper

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


Method:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Mix EVOO, paprika, salt, pepper into marinade.

  • Toss salmon chunks in marinade; let sit 10–15 min.

  • Roast asparagus on sheet, drizzle with oil, season.

  • Place salmon on separate sheet, spread evenly.

  • Bake both for 10–12 min (salmon), 8–10 min (asparagus).
