
Ingredients:
• 2 cod fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cod and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Add garlic and lemon juice, cooking for another minute.
4. Serve with steamed asparagus or green beans.
