Protein french toast 🫐


-1 scoop vanilla VePro Protein

-3 whole eggs

-3 cups liquid egg whites

-1 tablespoon vanilla extract

-1 tablespoon cinnamon

-8 slices of bread

-1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

-1 tablespoon real maple syrup


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-In a bowl, combine vanilla VePro Protein, whole eggs, liquid egg whites, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and blueberries

-Mix thoroughly

-Spray pan with cooking spray, and lay sliced cubed bread into a dish

-Pour the mixture over the sliced cubed bread

-Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center

-Add real maple syrup on top
