Ingredients for Pancakes:
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25g protein)
• 2 whole eggs (12g protein)
• 2 tbsp almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Ingredients for Bone Broth Latte:
• 1 cup hot bone broth (10g protein)
• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
• Dash of turmeric or cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix pancake ingredients into a batter and cook on a nonstick skillet.
Heat bone broth with almond milk and whisk in spices.
Serve pancakes with a dollop of almond butter or drizzle of real maple syrup.
