Ingredients (Serves 3)
1/2 cup raspberries
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon chia seeds
30 grams dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Parchment paper (for freezing)
Method:
Mash raspberries with maple syrup and chia seeds in a bowl.
Divide mixture into 3 circles on parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together (microwave safe bowl).
Pour melted chocolate mixture over each frozen circle.
Freeze again for 1–2 hours until firm.
Store in freezer and serve chilled.
