Raspberry Bites

Ingredients (Serves 3)

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 30 grams dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • Parchment paper (for freezing)

Method:

  • Mash raspberries with maple syrup and chia seeds in a bowl.

  • Divide mixture into 3 circles on parchment paper.

  • Freeze for 30 minutes.

  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together (microwave safe bowl).

  • Pour melted chocolate mixture over each frozen circle.

  • Freeze again for 1–2 hours until firm.

  • Store in freezer and serve chilled.
