SPICY CHICKPEA AND SPINACH CURRY


Ingredients:

• 1 cup chickpeas, cooked

• 2 cups spinach

• 1 cup coconut milk

• 1 tbsp curry powder


Instructions:

1. Heat a pot and combine chickpeas, spinach, coconut milk, and curry powder.

2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Serve over rice or with naan bread.
