
Ingredients:
• 4 bell peppers, halved and hollowed
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook turkey and mix with quinoa and tomatoes.
3. Stuff peppers with the mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes.
