Ingredients:
1 cup mixed greens
1 cup thinly sliced apple
1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, apple slices, fennel, pecans, and
pomegranate seeds.
Whisk: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve: Drizzle dressing over the salad, toss, and top with fresh dill.
