• 1 can tuna, drained
• 1/2 avocado, mashed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 cup diced cucumber
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, mashed avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, and cucumber.
2. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve in a lettuce wrap.
